Refund Policy

Introduction
Although we adhere to keep our information correct, all images and descriptions are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not be exact representations of what we have in stock. Our main goal is happy customers, thus we are happy to provide photos of certain products upon request.
Due to occasional deviations such as (but not limited to) manufacturing printing issues etc... we cannot guarantee that all stock is in 100% perfect condition. Any issues or deviations from normal (i.e mint-near mint for singles) will be clearly detailed in the product descriptions.

Cancellations 
You have the right to cancel any order before the time of dispatch and receive a full refund.
However,
we cannot cancel nor amend your order after the time of dispatch. 
If you wish to cancel your order post dispatch, you (the customer) will be liable for any return costs. 

Returns & Exceptions
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days in which you can request a refund or an exchange.
You can submit a return request for any reason providing the item is undamaged, unused and in the original packaging exactly as received.
However, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Opened items (such as sealed products etc).

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that the packaging process for every order is documented and photographed and so we reserve the right to reject return requests for reasons such as (but not limited to):
'Not as described/ faulty' (this will be decided on a case by case basis)

Returns Process + Shipping
Please note that refunds do not include any original shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

For return reasons other than 'faulty/damaged', shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
You are responsible for any loss or further damage to hardware during shipment (should this occur,you may be subject to a partial refund or complete rejection).
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Furthermore, m3rcurycards can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders.
(We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 3 - 5 working days.
(Times vary depending on your bank. If you haven't received your funds within 5 working days, we recommend you contact your bank and also notify us via email at customersupport@m3rcurycards.com ).
For exchanges, we will provide photos of replacements for you to confirm. We aim to dispatch exchanged items within 1-2 working days.
