Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all cards are near mint or better and meet the following conditions: all cards listed in our shop have never been played with. Smaller orders of a few single cards will be shipped in toploaders, while larger orders of low-value cards will be shipped sleeved. We are the same as any other shop selling single cards. Please do not purchase with the expectation of achieving a definite "PSA 10" or a "Beckett Black Label" after grading, there is a possibility you will achieve those grades, however all cards are prone to imperfections in the printing process... that is out of our control.

U.K customers
Our courier of choice is Royal Mail. For higher value cards we recommend using 'Tracked 24' or 'Special Delivery' service. Please allow for 1 - 2 days to process the order.

International customers
All of our products are shipped from the UK (using Royal Mail tracked service), any duties/ other charges that may occur in the recipients country will be the buyer's responsibility.

All order and pre-order cancellation requests are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time of purchase during which cancellation requests will be accepted. Cancellations made within this period will be processed without question, subject to the 5% cancellation fee.

After the 24-hour grace period has passed, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted once an order has entered processing, fulfilment, or stock allocation.

For sealed products and limited releases, stock is allocated upon order placement and may begin processing immediately after the grace period.

If a pre-order item cannot be fulfilled by us, a full refund will be issued.

General information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Market volatility
All the products we have on our website is within a volatile market, meaning price changes can occur frequently - including single cards, graded cards and booster boxes. All products we have on our website is subjected to the volatility of this market, the price you buy at the moment you checkout is final, we do not offer refunds or compensations should the product be cheaper at a later date. We strive to sell our products as competitively as possible and at current market value. We do not price match.

International customers
Although m3rcurycards does not charge any sales tax at checkout, we strongly recommend checking with your country's relevant agency to determine if any taxes apply to your order.
