Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

  • Some products may have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated in the product listing description.

  • Please note: Processing times may increase slightly during busy release periods due to higher order volumes. 

UK Shipping

  • Our preferred shipping provider is Royal Mail.

  • For higher-value cards, we recommend selecting Tracked 24 or Special Delivery at checkout for added security.

  • Standard delivery times vary, but most UK orders arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, responsibility for any shipping delays lies with the delivery carrier.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally using a range of tracked courier services depending on destination and availability.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but international orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the recipient's country are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority for more details before placing an order.

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs and local carrier delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Once an order is dispatched, shipping delays are beyond our control.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check with your local postal service before contacting us.

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

  • We are only able to investigate claims relating to lost, damaged, or incomplete shipments where clear supporting evidence is provided, including photographs and/or unedited video footage showing the item and packaging as received. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for review.
