Refund policy
We accept returns in compliance with UK and EU consumer laws. Please read the following terms carefully:
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the UK and EU have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.
2. Eligible Returns
- Sealed Products – Must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all seals intact. Any opened, tampered, or resealed items will not be eligible for return as sealed goods and will be assessed upon inspection upon return. Where the original sealed condition has been broken, a refund may be refused or adjusted accordingly.
- Single Cards & Graded (Slabbed) Cards – Must be returned in the exact condition received, including any protective packaging. Items returned in altered, damaged, or handled condition may be assessed upon inspection and result in a partial refund or refusal.
3. Condition of Returns

All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were originally sent. Any signs of damage, wear, scratches, missing contents or condition changes may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return following inspection.

Where a return is refused due to condition issues, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense
4. Returns Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-authorised before being sent. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be significantly delayed in processing while we verify and match them to the original order, and may require additional information before any refund can be issued.
5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customerunless the item was sent in error.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
6. Refused or Undelivered Shipments
If a delivery is refused, uncollected, or returned to sender, the order will be treated as a return once received back by us.
In such cases, any refund may be subject to deductions for costs incurred, including:
- Original outbound shipping costs (including where “free shipping” was provided)
- Return shipping or carrier fees charged to us
- Reasonable payment processing and administrative costs where applicable and clearly disclosed
Refunds will also be subject to inspection of the returned item to confirm it is received in the original condition.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can asses the issue and promptly resolve it.
We may request supporting evidence (such as photographs and/or video) to assist in investigating the issue.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a separate order for the desired product.
9. International customers
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties, taxes, refusal to accept delivery, or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
Refunds in such cases will be subject to deductions for shipping costs and applicable administrative charges, including those outlined in Section 6.
